3. Where Your Information Is Stored

Your cart, wishlist, and saved account details are stored locally in your own browser — they are not transmitted to us until you actively place an order or send us a message. When you check out or contact us, your order and contact details are sent to our team directly via WhatsApp (or email) to arrange fulfillment, and relevant order information is recorded in our WooCommerce store system to manage inventory and customer service.

4. Third Parties

We share information only as needed to fulfill your order: with our delivery team, and with WhatsApp when you choose to contact us or check out that way. As online payment options (such as Tabby, Tamara, or card payment) become available, any payment details you provide will be handled directly by those payment providers under their own privacy policies — we do not store your card or payment details ourselves.

We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember your cart, wishlist, and sign-in state between visits, purely to make shopping with us more convenient. This data stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
