We deliver fresh flowers and gifts across the United Arab Emirates, with same-day delivery available in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain — our home cities.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UAE. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are our core service areas with the fastest turnaround, including same-day delivery. For other emirates, delivery is arranged on a case-by-case basis — message us on WhatsApp with your area and we'll confirm the delivery timeframe before you order.
2. Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 6:00 PM for delivery in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product and courier availability. Orders placed after the cutoff, or for other emirates, are delivered on the next available day unless otherwise agreed with our team.
3. Delivery Charges
A flat shipping charge of AED 30 applies to orders across the UAE, shown clearly at checkout alongside your order subtotal and 5% VAT. We don't currently offer a free-shipping threshold, but this may change — any update will be reflected at checkout.
4. Urgent & Last-Minute Orders
We understand gifting is often time-sensitive. We do our best to accommodate urgent and last-minute orders, subject to flower availability and delivery location — message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's possible.
5. Accurate Delivery Details
Please double-check the recipient's name, phone number, and address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incomplete or incorrect details — if you're unsure of an address, our team is happy to help confirm it over WhatsApp.
6. Freshness & Handling
Our flowers are sourced fresh and arranged by our team of 20+ trained florists shortly before dispatch, so your order arrives looking its best. Flower lifespan naturally varies based on care after delivery — most of our bouquets include basic care tips on their product page.
7. Order Tracking
We don't yet offer automated tracking updates — our team will confirm your order and keep you updated on delivery progress directly over WhatsApp.
