1. Service Coverage
The Gift Shop UAE delivers flowers and gifts across the UAE, with same-day delivery available in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Delivery availability and timing may vary by location.
2. Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for orders placed before 6:00 PM. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Customization
Customized orders are created by our team of 20+ trained and experienced florists. Design variations may occur due to seasonal flower availability, while we always aim to maintain premium quality and the spirit of the original design.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive or exclusive of 5% UAE VAT as shown at checkout, and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is confirmed directly with our team — currently via Cash on Delivery or by arrangement over WhatsApp. Online payment options (including Tabby, Tamara, and card payments) are being added and will be clearly available at checkout once live.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure recipient details — name, phone number, and address — are accurate and complete when placing an order. The Gift Shop UAE is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.
6. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are available in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo proof. See our full Refund & Replacement Policy for details.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Customized, special-occasion, and same-day delivery orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun, except where the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
8. Quality Assurance
Our florists follow strict quality standards to ensure freshness and presentation. Flower lifespan varies naturally depending on handling, environment, and care after delivery.
9. Images & Representation
Product images are for reference only. Actual arrangements may vary slightly in color, size, or design due to natural flower variation and seasonal availability.
10. Liability
The Gift Shop UAE is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic disruption, or government restrictions.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
